You don’t need to attend tryouts, buy a uniform package, or volunteer to coach.

Step 2: Complete the Registration Form

Clicking either link above opens the HTG Sports registration system. The form is one page — you’ll see Complete Form → Payment → Confirmation as the three tabs at the top. Everything happens on that first tab.

For individual registration, the form asks for:

• Player information — first name, last name, gender, address, date of birth (the system assigns the correct age group automatically), school for the upcoming year
• Teammate grouping — list any friends or classmates your child wants to play with
• Practice preferences — preferred nights, whether Fridays work, whether 4:00 PM works
• Guardian contact — name, address, email, phone for Guardian 1 (required) and Guardian 2 (optional)
• Medical waiver — one checkbox acknowledging the participation release
